What Is Included?

A desk study of supplied crack images or survey reports highlighting cracking, together with online data such as geological charts, carried out by a professional Subsidence Consultant.

You will receive a written opinion on whether the cracking is likely to be associated with subsidence or not.

This service does not include an inspection of the building and does not provide a definitive diagnosis.

Reports provide a professional opinion on the possibility of a crack being caused by subsidence. A definitive diagnosis may be required for insurers or other formal purposes.
